Are your jewelry pieces truly handmade?

Our jewelry items are meticulously handcrafted with attention to detail. 

On rare occasions our suppliers have deals we want to pass on to you, in these cases the product descriptions will advise that these items were not made by us.

What materials are used in your handmade jewelry?

We take pride in crafting our jewelry using a variety of high-quality materials including Austrian crystal, semi-precious gemstones, freshwater pearls, and more. Each piece's description will provide specific material details.

Why does my purchase not look exactly like the picture?

When purchasing stone jewelry, it's important to understand that the pieces you receive may not always look exactly the same as what is pictured on our website. Here's why:

Natural Variation: Many of the stones used in our jewelry are natural and come from the earth. As such, they possess unique colors, patterns, and inclusions that make each stone truly one-of-a-kind. This means that while we strive to accurately represent the overall appearance of the piece, the individual stones may vary in color intensity, pattern, and even size.

Lighting and Photography: The way a stone appears in photographs can be influenced by lighting conditions, camera settings, and screen calibration. Subtle differences in lighting during photography can affect the perceived color and brilliance of the stone.

Can I request a custom-made piece of jewelry?

How can I find the right size?

It’s a fact that we all come in different shapes and sizes. It’s why we strive to make sure that the size you are getting is the right fit for you, so please pay attention and follow the measurement guide and size information found in the product description of the item you are looking to buy. The measurements are clearly provided and for that reason that we cannot accommodate returns for incorrect sizing. Don't forget to get your measuring tape out before you order!

For bracelets we generally use 16cm sized bracelets as that commonly fits most wrists comfortably, we may be able to increase or decrease the size if you let us know what you are looking for preferably BEFORE you checkout.

What packaging do you use for your jewelry?

To ensure your jewelry arrives safely and beautifully, each piece is carefully placed bubble-wrap mailer pouch.  

Do you offer international shipping?

We have set up some International Shipping locations and will be adding more in the future.

How do I care for my Stone, Crystal, and Semi-Precious Jewelry?

Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Keep your jewelry away from household cleaners, perfumes, hairsprays, and lotions.

Avoid Water Exposure: Remove your jewelry before swimming, showering, or engaging in activities that involve water.

Gentle Cleaning: Use a soft, damp cloth to gently wipe the surface of your jewelry occasionally. This helps to remove dirt, oils, and sweat that can accumulate.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and humidity.

Avoid Rough Surfaces: Remove your jewelry when engaging in activities that might expose it to impact and abrasion.

Mindful Handling: Handle with care. While stones and crystals are durable, they can still be chipped or cracked if dropped or bumped against hard surfaces.

Avoid Extreme Temperatures: High temperatures, such as direct sunlight or extreme heat, can affect the color and structural integrity of some stones/string. Likewise, extreme cold can cause certain materials to become brittle.

Remember that each stone may have specific care requirements; it's a good idea to research the particular stones in your jewelry collection for any unique care.

Do you offer wholesale pricing for your jewelry?

In a world of mass produced items, we take pride in creating small batch unique designs for you to treasure.

Do you do drop-shipping?

We do not engage in drop-shipping, the jewelry you purchase is shipped directly from our inventory, eliminating the need for drop-shipping. Unlike sellers who rely on drop-shipping, we make and maintain our own stock. This enables us to provide swift deliveries for our customers.

Can I cancel my order?

Our pride lies in our efficiency in swiftly and accurately handling all orders. In fact, a majority of items are processed within 8-10 hours. If you have a reason to cancel your order, kindly reach out via email info@divaliciousdesigns.ca within 24 hours. Beyond this timeframe, cancellation won't be possible, and the order will proceed as final, preparing to be shipped to you.

What's your return, refund and exchange policy?

Kindly be aware that once a purchase is made, it is considered final sale.

We take meticulous care in crafting our items, our bracelets are fastened with several knots including a surgeons knot. In addition we go above and beyond by securing the knot within a bead (when possible) and using jewelry glue to help maintain its integrity.

However, in the event that your item arrives in a damaged condition, we kindly request you to capture a photograph promptly and forward it to us within five days from the date of your delivery confirmation. We will work with our shipping partners to create a claim on your behalf. Accidents happen and we will make every effort to organize a replacement or offer store credit in lieu of the damaged item.

How do I use my discount code?

Click on your cart and proceed to checkout. Below the cart items will be a Discount box, just enter your coupon code then click apply.

As long as you meet the requirements of the code, it will apply to your order.

Please note: We cannot apply the discount once an order is already submitted. The discount code should be placed before check out. Discount codes are also only valid one time use per customer.
